Folly in the Forest by argel1200 Folly in the Forest by argel1200
This is my first serious attempt at creating a scene in Vue Infinite. The only post work is from Vue's Post Render Option. Two issues come to mind -- there may be a tree inside the building and the tree roots are up in the air above the slope. Despite those I am really happy with this scene. Update: Folly is the name of the building (for the curious).

You should definitely be happy with it, it is so realistic. I've heard a lot of good things about Vue Infinite and your image definitely confirms it. :)

Thank you!! This scene took 3-4 hours to put together and then a little over 16 hours to render. I was playing around with the ecosystem layer I added to the terrain, adding another plant to it, and that lowered the density enough to create the gap in the canopy. Mission accomplished at that point! :D

FOr anyone curious, the ecosystem layer is 20% xpean Ash - Summer Lushy D, 33% Bush 1 - Crawling, 37% Patch of Grass, and 10% Small Multicolor Flower. Density, scaling, etc. are all still using the defaults. The flowers are hard to see, but they are visible in a couple places.

Again, thanks for the kind words!! :)
